Your own AI, actually wired in,

Set Up an AI Assistant For Your Business

Give your business its own AI that can actually do things — read your email, update your sheets, post to Slack, pull reports — wired into the tools you already use. Not another tab you forget to open. A real assistant that fits the way you already work.

Wired into your tools Set up by one real person You own your subscription

Sound familiar?

Everyone keeps telling you that you should be "using AI." Nobody has shown you what is actually worth it, and nobody has wired it into your tools. So it stays a browser tab you open once, ask a question, and forget about. It never touches your real email, your real spreadsheets, or the report you dread pulling every Friday.

The useful part is not the chatbot. It is connecting that AI to the systems you already run your business on, so it can actually do the work instead of just talking about it. That is the part I set up.

What an AI assistant actually does for you

Not "ask it questions." Real, repeatable work, handled on the tools you already use:

Drafts and triages email

Sorts the shared inbox each morning, drafts the routine replies for you to approve, and quietly skips the spam.

Keeps listings and sheets current

Updates product data, listings, and spreadsheets from a source you control, so the catalog and the numbers stay consistent.

Posts weekly summaries to Slack

Drops a short, plain-English summary into your Slack on schedule, so the team sees what changed without anyone writing it up.

Runs scheduled jobs overnight

Handles the recurring work while you sleep, so the results are waiting for you when you start the day instead of going on a list.

Pulls reports no one has to run

Gathers the week's numbers from across your tools into one short report, so the thing nobody ever gets to just shows up.

What's MCP, in plain English

MCP is the safe plumbing that lets the AI reach into one of your systems — your email, your spreadsheet, your Slack — and do real work there, instead of just chatting about it in a separate window. Think of it as the wiring between the assistant and the tools you already use. That wiring is the whole job, and it is the part I set up so the AI actually helps instead of just sounding helpful.

Three ways to start

Pick the depth that fits where you are. Every tier keeps your subscription in your name, on your account, so you are never renting access through me. Prices below are starting at figures — your exact quote depends on what you want handled.

Tier one · Get started

Claude for your business

Get a Claude subscription set up and connected to your tools (Slack, email, Drive), plus a cheat sheet for what to ask and what not to trust.

Starting at $500 one-time setup plus your own Claude subscription (~$20–30/user/mo, paid to Anthropic, in your name)

You own your subscription. It lives on your account, in your name. Cancel anytime.

Tier two · Most businesses start here

Custom AI integrations (MCP setup)

Scope one to three workflows worth automating, set up the MCP connections, build working examples on your data, then hand off with templates and a short guide. Optional monthly care keeps it running.

Starting at $1,500 one-time setup plus optional $250/mo care

You own your subscription. The integrations run on your accounts and your data.

Tier three · Always on

Always-on AI workstation

A dedicated Mac Mini running it 24/7, the way I run mine: scheduled overnight jobs and a summary waiting for you in the morning. You buy the Mac Mini and own the hardware; I source it, set it up, and maintain it.

Starting at $2,000 setup + $350/mo always-on care plus a Mac Mini at cost (~$600–1,000, you own it)

Your hardware, your data. The Mac Mini lives in your office, and your data stays on it.

These are starting-at prices. Your Claude subscription is always billed to you directly by Anthropic, in your name — you own it and can cancel anytime. Tell me what you want handled and I will give you a firm number for your setup.

See it on your own stuff

The point is not "AI in general." It is one of these running quietly on your actual tools:

Retail shop

Product descriptions and a Monday "what's new"

The AI drafts product descriptions from your spreadsheet, then posts a short "what's new" summary to Slack every Monday, so the catalog stays fresh and the team starts the week knowing what changed.

Clinic, law, or accounting office

Morning inbox triage with replies to approve

Each morning the AI triages the shared inbox, drafts routine replies for a human to approve, and skips the spam, so the front desk starts the day with a clean, sorted queue instead of a pile.

Any business

The Friday report nobody runs

The AI pulls the week's ad spend, website traffic, and new reviews into a three-line Slack summary every Friday, so the report that never gets done just shows up, done.

Why me

Hands-on, not a reseller pitch

I run this exact setup myself, every day

I am not a salesperson who watched a webinar about AI. I run this exact setup for my own business: a dedicated Mac Mini running Claude with live connections into my real tools, plus scheduled automation that does work overnight and has summaries waiting for me in the morning.

That means when I set it up for you, it is hands-on and tested, not theory. I already know where the wiring gets tricky, what is worth automating and what is not, and how to keep the whole thing from quietly breaking. You get the version I would build for myself, scoped to your business.

Works with what I already do

If I already keep the online side of your business running, this is a natural add-on. The AI plugs into the same tools and reports I am already handling for you.

Common questions

Do I have to buy a Mac Mini?

No. Only the top tier, the always-on AI workstation, uses a dedicated Mac Mini. The first two tiers run on a normal Claude subscription on the computers you already have. The Mac Mini is for businesses that want something running around the clock, doing overnight jobs and having a summary ready in the morning.

Is my data safe, and where does it live?

Your data stays in your tools and, on the always-on workstation, on hardware you own and keep in your office. The AI only reaches what you connect it to, and approval gates mean it asks before it does anything that sends, spends, or signs. You are never handing your business over to a black box.

Will it email people without me knowing?

No. Approval gates are on by default. The AI can draft a reply, prep a post, or stage a report, but you approve anything that gets sent, anything involving money, and anything legal before it goes out. It works like a sharp assistant who always checks with you first, not one who acts on your behalf behind your back.

What does it cost to run, and whose subscription is it?

The subscription is yours, in your name, paid directly to Anthropic, usually around $20 to $30 per user per month. You own it, you can cancel it, and you are never renting access through me. The always-on tier also has a monthly care fee and the one-time cost of the Mac Mini, which you also own.

What if one of my tools changes?

Tools update, and connections occasionally break. That is exactly what the optional monthly care covers: keeping the integrations working, fixing them when a tool changes, and adjusting the workflows as your business changes. If you are not on a care plan, I can fix it as a one-off.
