Most agencies charge large upfront fees, then disappear. My model keeps the upfront cost low and gives you ongoing support, updates, and hosting every month. You get a better site and a real relationship, not a one-time transaction.
Monthly service runs month to month with a simple service agreement, 30 days notice, and no long-term lock-in. I want you to stay because the service is worth it, not because you are trapped.
After 12 months, ownership options become available. You always own your domain name, content, and images. I will never hold your website hostage.
Most sites go live in 1-2 weeks. That's not a typo. Because I'm one person with no layers of management, I can move fast. You'll have a working website before most agencies finish their "discovery phase." Launch is the starting line, and your monthly plan covers ongoing improvements from there.
The setup fee covers up to 5 pages. Additional pages are available at a fair rate, and Pro plan clients get new content pages added quarterly as part of their package. I can always add more as your business grows.
There's a simple service agreement so we both know the scope — but no long-term lock-in. You pay month to month, and if you're not happy you can cancel with 30 days notice. No tricks, no fine print, no "but you signed for 12 months." If my work isn't worth the monthly fee, I do not deserve your money.
Pro is the public default because most businesses need the site and the local SEO work together. If Pro is more than you need right now, ask me and I'll tell you honestly whether a smaller starting point fits.
