You Get Me
I answer the phone myself from 7 to 6. After hours, emergencies still reach me. Everything else gets a call back by 8 the next morning.
You Know the Price First
I look, I write the price down, and you say yes or no. The $75 trip charge comes off the bill if I do the work.
Fix It or Replace It, Your Call
If a repair makes sense, I'll say so. If replacing costs less over the next few years, I'll show you the math.

I started Joe's Pipe & Drain because I was tired of customers waiting all day on a callback.
I do the work myself. When a job needs a second set of hands, my nephew Sam comes along, and I'll tell you before we show up.
