I'm Joe Martinez. I've been fixing pipes in Louisville for 16 years. Started out working for one of those big companies - you know the ones with the jingles. Got real tired of being told to upsell folks who didn't need it.
So I went out on my own. I don't have fancy trucks with my face on the side or TV commercials during the evening news. I just do good work and charge a fair price, and people tell their neighbors about me. That's been the whole business model for 16 years.
