Our Story
A Bardstown Love Story
We fell in love with Bardstown on a bourbon trail weekend and never left. The historic charm, the friendly neighbors, the sense of community - it reminded us of the small French villages where we learned to bake.
In 2018, we opened our doors on Court Square with a simple mission: bring European-style baking to Kentucky using the incredible local ingredients all around us. Our flour comes from Weisenberger Mill, our butter from local dairies, and our honey from hives just outside town.

Six years later, we're still here, still baking before dawn, still greeting our regulars by name. We've become part of Bardstown's story, and there's nowhere else we'd rather be.
